2025 Big Idea Award Winners Announced
A sculpture of a man's bust is constructed entirely of recycled cardboard. The head is detailed and on top of it are industrial structure, some gears, wheels, pipes, also made out of cardboard that blend seamlessly into the organic face. The cardboard makes up the face by hundreds of verticle cross sections, glued together, mostly brown, though some add streaks of black, blue, or orange. Overall the piece evokes a sense of reflection. The face is expressionless.
